By accessing Scale HackerLab, using the client portal, or engaging related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

• Scale HackerLab dashboard access and account-based portal functionality.
• Reporting, analytics, KPI tracking, and operational coordination tools.
• Managed service workflows connected to client delivery through Scale HackerLab.
• Authorized third-party platform integrations that support campaign visibility and execution.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and for activity under your account.
• Access should be limited to authorized users within your organization.

• The platform may only be used for lawful business purposes.
• You may not reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or misuse the system, its workflows, or its data outputs.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your campaigns, assets, and connected platform usage comply with applicable rules and policies.

Subscription fees, managed-service fees, and any add-ons are governed by the commercial terms applicable to your plan or agreement.

Advertising spend on third-party platforms is separate from platform or service fees unless otherwise specified in writing.

Scale HackerLab and related services are provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited and excludes indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.

Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are materially breached, required payments are not made, or the platform is used in a prohibited way.

Upon termination, portal access may end while data handling continues according to applicable retention and privacy obligations.
