By accessing Scalehackerlab, using the client portal, or engaging related services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Our services are for businesses. You must be at least 18 years old to use the portal.

Use of our public website is governed by the website Terms of Service at https://scalehackerlab.com/terms. For your use of the portal, these Terms prevail if the two conflict.

• Scalehackerlab dashboard access and account-based portal functionality.
• Reporting, analytics, KPI tracking, and operational coordination tools.
• Managed service workflows connected to client delivery through Scalehackerlab.
• Authorized third-party platform integrations that support campaign visibility and execution.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and for activity under your account.
• Access should be limited to authorized users within your organization.

• The platform may only be used for lawful business purposes.
• You may not reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or misuse the system, its workflows, or its data outputs.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your campaigns, assets, and connected platform usage comply with applicable rules and policies.

If you opt in, Scalehackerlab may contact you by SMS or WhatsApp about your Free Growth Assessment, scheduling, account and service updates, and support. Some messages are sent by automated assistants acting on our behalf. Participation is governed by our SMS Terms, which form part of these Terms.

• Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of purchasing any service.
• Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
• You confirm that any mobile number you provide is yours or that you are authorized to opt it in, and you will tell us if the number changes hands.

Subscription fees, managed-service fees, and any add-ons are governed by the commercial terms applicable to your plan or agreement.

Growth-as-a-Service plans purchased on scalehackerlab.com are monthly subscriptions with no setup fees. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Plan scope is the one described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Advertising spend on third-party platforms is separate from platform or service fees unless otherwise specified in writing.

Scalehackerlab and related services are provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability related to a subscription is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are materially breached, required payments are not made, or the platform is used in a prohibited way.

Upon termination, portal access may end while data handling continues according to applicable retention and privacy obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
