SMS Terms

Scalehackerlab sends text messages about Free Growth Assessments, scheduling, account and service updates, and customer support to people who opt in. Messages may be sent by our team or by automated assistants acting on our behalf.

Messages are sent only to numbers whose owner has given prior express consent, for example by checking the text-messaging box on one of our forms, by messaging us first on a business channel such as WhatsApp, or by asking us in writing to contact them by text.

• On our website forms and in the portal, the consent box is unchecked by default and is separate from any email consent. Checking it means you agree to receive text messages from Scalehackerlab about your Free Growth Assessment and related services.
• Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can request a Free Growth Assessment or become a client without agreeing to receive text messages.
• We record the date, source, and wording of each opt-in so we can honor it and prove it was given.

• Message frequency varies depending on your requests and the services you use with us.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Scalehackerlab does not charge for text messages.

• Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from that number unless you opt in again.
• You may also opt out by contacting us at the support email below. Opting out of texts does not affect any other agreement you have with us.
• Operational messages that you request directly (for example a one-time verification code) are sent once and do not require a subscription.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver our texts (for example the carriers and the WhatsApp Business platform), and only for that purpose. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information generally.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and to your device's capabilities.

We may update these terms as the program or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
